Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at cocoabc1226@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions and provide the return address by email.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, customized items, final sale items, and items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
