If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for the return address.

Dispatching Replacement

Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Additional Fee

For exchanges initiated due to customer preference, an additional shipping fee of US$9.90 will be charged.

Refund Process

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Refund Methods

  • PayPal: Refunds will appear on your PayPal account within 48 hours after processing.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 working days to appear on your statement.

Failed Delivery Refunds

  • If delivery fails due to customer-caused reasons (wrong address, refused package, uncollected parcel, etc.), we will refund partially or charge a re-delivery fee.
  • If delivery fails due to circumstances beyond the customer's control:
    • With shipping insurance: full refund of item amount + original shipping cost.
    • Without shipping insurance: refund of item amount only.
  • No refund will be issued if logistics records show the package was successfully delivered.
